There are many ways to benefit from aromatherapy and all are pleasant to the senses. One way is the Aroma Lamp; it also adds a bit of magic to the atmosphere of any room.
The effectiveness is a combination of light, shape, color and fragrance. An Aroma Lamp is usually made from ceramic, marble, glass or porcelain, with a small container of water that is heated by candle or small light bulb.
The number of drops of the essential oil depends on the size of the room; usually five to 15 drops are sufficient. The rising water vapor disperses the fragrance into the air and then into your senses. The influence of the fragrance is very subtle, you don’t want to overpower the senses, and just enough to no that it is there.
You can transform any room in your house into an exotic garden of jasmine and lotus blossoms, a fragrant meadow filled with sweet grasses or a place of peaceful contentment with rose blossoms and lavender.
